What you need to bring with you

• Your own flying kit, (or you can hire it from us)
• Additionally, if you are flying with us outside the UK, Passport, Driving Licence, Accident insurance, including repatriation, along with your duly completed form E111 available from your post office.
• If you have an airband tranceiver, bring it with you!

General Notes

The aim of our Fly Guide Holiday packages is to help you get the most from your flying holiday. To allow you to concentrate on your flying and to let us take onboard all the 'background' organisation details on your behalf. By their nature, our Fly Guide Holidays are flexible, we can provide as much, or as little, assistance as you require. We will make every effort to ensure you a hassle free holiday, without attempting to 'over organise' you, whilst at the same time we ask you to appreciate that Hang Gliding is somewhat weather dependant and is therefore not always easy to organise.

We can offer advice on local flying sites and conditions, retrieves, flying insurance, travel arrangements, flights, car hire and/or transport, packing your kit, storage of your kit, accommodation, alternative entertainment, places to eat and can help with any language problems you may have.

You'll book your own flight, bring your own kit or hire it from us, hire a car at the airport and drive to Agodonales and check into the accommodation we can arrange for you. We can advise you on flights, transporting your kit and accommadation options. Note: hiring a self drive car at the airport is a cheaper option for you than paying us to collect you from, and return you to, the airport.

More specifically...

Purchase our FlyGuide package and you will receive the following:-

• We will meet at the beginning of each day to establish the best plan for the day, for you, allowing you to benefit from our detailed knowledge of local weather and geography.
• We provide a customised vehicle to transport you, and your glider, up and down the hill - This daily round trip can be as much as 100 miles.
• Before proceeding to launch, our driver will show you the bottom landing area and explain to you the best and safest ways to approach it. We also arrange to leave a car here for your use after landing. Our driver will then take you to the launch point and brief you about takeoff, he will wait for you to launch to ensure that you do so safely or to assist in the event of an incident or accident. Often our driver can remain in contact with you whilst you fly.
• Our driver is available to retrieve you from the bottom landing area and transport you back to a suitable launch point for a second flight, if desired.
• Each day involves a minimum of 5 hours escort and at the end of the day there is the usual refreshment for you before you are returned to your car or accommodation.
• During each day, if there is space in the vehicle, the driver will offer local pilots transport to launch aswell. This generates co-operation between local pilots and us, guests in their country, and often results in local pilots assisting us and our customers when appropriate.
• In addition, you will benefit from our considerable local knowledge, most local people only speak spanish so you will also benefit from our ability to communicate in their language. We can show you where to go, where to find things, what to do and what not to do, all this helps make your stay more relaxing and productive.
• Lejair may also be able to repair, or get repaired, your glider should this prove necessary.
